This is a collector plate titled "Mallards - Whistling In" by artist Larry Toschik. 

• It is the first plate in the "World of Game Birds" series issued by Artists of the World. 

• The plate features two mallard ducks in flight, one male (drake) and one female (hen), and has a gold trim. 

• Larry Toschik was a prolific wildlife artist and a prestigious Ducks Unlimited artist. 

• The plate was produced by W.S. George and was discontinued in the early 1990s
