Value Breakdown & Market Insights

• The "Box & COA" Premium: While a loose plate generally sells for under $10, having the complete original set keeps it on the higher end of the secondary market range.

• Supply vs. Demand: Because these fine china plates were mass-produced in massive quantities during the 1980s hobby boom, the supply drastically outweighs modern collector demand. They generally do not hold or appreciate from their initial issue price.

• Active Retail Examples: Current listings on eBay - complete box and paper set priced around $26.26, while other retailers like Vintage Loft US list the plate at $19.99.
