Value Breakdown

• Recent Listing: An exact active listing for this "Pen Pals" plate can be found on eBay priced right at $9.00.

• The "Limited Edition" Factor: While yours is a desirable low production number (318 / 5,000), 1990s limited-edition collector plates were mass-manufactured across the industry, keeping overall market values modest today.

• Condition Impacts Value: To hit the higher end of the $25 price range, a plate typically needs to be in pristine condition and include its original branded box and paper Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Without the box, it usually trends closer to the $9–$12 level.
