The market value for the 1988 Norman Rockwell "On My Honor" collector plate with its original box and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is currently between $15.00 and $26.00.
Value Breakdown & Market Insights
The "Box & COA" Premium: While a loose plate generally sells for under $10, having the complete original set keeps it on the higher end of the secondary market range.
Supply vs. Demand: Because these fine china plates were mass-produced in massive quantities during the 1980s hobby boom, the supply drastically outweighs modern collector demand. They generally do not hold or appreciate from their initial issue price.
Active Retail Examples: Current listings on eBay - complete box and paper set priced around $26.26, while other retailers like Vintage Loft US list the plate at $19.99.

Value Breakdown
The Plate Individually: Like most porcelain limited-edition plates from the 1980s and 1990s, high supply keeps individual values modest, typically landing around $5.00 to $10.00 on secondary marketplaces like eBay.
The Box & COA Premium: Having the original Styrofoam packaging and paperwork preserves the item's condition and increases buyer confidence. This completeness allows you to ask for the higher end of the pricing spectrum ($15.00 to $20.00).
Entire Collection Value: If you happen to possess the entire Whitetails for all Seasons collection (which includes matching plates like "Winter Sunrise", "Whitetail Wonder", and "Golden Glory"), selling them together as a complete bundle typically yields a higher payout than listing them one by one.
