This is the plate from your first message: the 1981 "Guidés par l'Étoile" (Guided by the Star) collector plate, designed by artist André Restieau for the Henri D'Arceau & Fils "Noël Vitrail" series.
The beautiful center artwork mimics a medieval stained-glass window and depicts the Three Wise Men—Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthazar—journeying on horseback to Bethlehem. The colorful banner running around the central illustration reads: "Melchior, Gaspar, et Balthazar guidés par l'étoile vinrent d'Orient offrir à Jésus l'or, l'encens, et la myrrhe" (Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthazar, guided by the star, came from the East to offer Jesus gold, frankincense, and myrrh)
The image shows the back stamp of a vintage collectible porcelain plate from the "Noël Vitrail" (Stained Glass Christmas) series by Henri D'Arceau & Fils, crafted in Limoges, France.
