The uploaded image appears to show a vintage D'Arceau Limoges "Noël Vitrail" 1982 porcelain collector plate featuring a stained-glass style central design.

This image shows the back of your plate, verifying it as the 8th and final issue of the "Noël Vitrail" (Christmas Stained Glass) series by Henri D'Arceau L. & Fils (Limoges).

The handwritten-style text on the back is a signature message from the series artist, André Restieau. Here is the direct translation of the French inscription into English:

"I have sought to express in this picture the glorious moment when the Angel Gabriel, appearing to the Virgin Mary, reveals the divine message that she will become the mother of Jesus. With a serene acceptance, Mary responds: 'I am the servant of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.'"
